To Broaden Ownership of Society — to widen the circle of people holding a stake in it, and a powerful hand in shaping it.

Two initiatives, in order:

1. The Lead Out Method — a new public school system, built on the spectacular success of others. Our most important contribution is to identify the right problem those others solved — the one a good school system must solve. We call it The Beautiful Problem. We confirm it with science, then package the steps to its solution into a repeatable recipe: the method itself.
2. “Weed Control” (later) — helping independent companies compete with the chains. Chains, which spread like weeds, are inherently anti-education, as it is against their interest to develop the potential of their people, lest they matriculate into owning their own beautiful independent cafe or store.

For both initiatives, the essence of how is to develop:

1. ndividual potential — drawing on psychology, neuropsychology, plus the ability to improve organizations themselves, so each person can succeed —
2. utside, in real life — where that potential goes to work, strengthening organizations so they can develop individual potential further still.
